Introducing EMMA

We have now launched the new AI Receptionist, EMMA.

EMMA has taken today, 9.2.26, over 150 calls which she then submitted on your behalf online forms. The team then contacted these patients to discuss the arrangments for appointments, prescriptions and other non-clinical things.

Please do be patient as EMMA is learning about our population and our accents and our systems in the Practice as she is new.

To help her in her learning please do not use the speaker phone and speak slowly and clearly.
