Community & Well being Workers

We have a team of CHWW who are working with households intially in Littlemore to connect patients of the surgery to community resources and enabling the population to make positive choices around health and wellbeing.

If you live in the Littlemore area please do keep an eye out for a leaflet coming through your door.

We are also advertising for one more person to join the team.
