Patient Participation Evening 12th January 2026
Please come and join us to talk about the new AI receptionist EMMA who will be answering phone calls from February 2026 at the Leys Health Centre.
Feedback from patients is that they wait on the phone for it to be answered - EMMA answers within four rings regardless of the time of day.
There is no key pad inputting EMMA works with normal speaking on the phone.
She creates an online form that then goes directly to the Triage GP, processes an admin request or helps you order your prescriptions.
